James Clancy – NumFocus : An organization that promotes the availability of science education and tools, providing scholarships, conferences, hardware, research funds to those people interested in science and mathematics. James’ donation will go to helping out with student travel costs to attend these conferences.
Becky Dean – Kennedy Krieger Institute : Kennedy Krieger Institute is an internationally recognized institution dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and musculoskeletal system. Becky’s donation will go to buying grocery store gift cards for thanksgiving and gas gift cards throughout the year, to help the families of the patients of the hospital.
Daria Calwell – Women’s Housing Coalition : The Women’s Housing Coalition is dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness for women and children by providing affordable housing and supportive services to enable them to sustain social and financial independence.
Cesar Ortiz – Firn: FIRN provides immigration counseling and citizenship classes, interpreting & translation services, English tutoring, information and referrals, and a variety of workshops.
Mathew Schaffner – National Multiple Sclerosis Society : The Society helps people affected by MS by funding cutting-edge research, driving change through advocacy, facilitating professional education, and providing programs and services that help people with MS and their families move their lives forward.
Cathy Marron – Alzheimer’s Association – The Alzheimer’s Association works on a global, national and local level to enhance care and support for all those affected by Alzheimer’s and related dementias.
