This award is presented to individuals or groups with a high public profile who advance the public’s understanding of people with developmental disabilities or who advocate for change that improves services or the overall quality of life for people with disabilities.
The award will be presented at The Arc Carroll County’s Annual Dinner and Community Awards on Tuesday, May 8, 2017 at Martin’s Westminster.
